Is there a need for strength and conditioning even for regular cyclists?

Yes, there is.

If you want a little more control of your bike. Or a few more Watts to smash some Strava segments. or just simply to reduce your chance of injury, during a crash or on the bike.

Strength and Conditioning training can help.This class is an entry-level class aimed at people with little or no experience with a gym environment.

However, they will also provide a suitable challenge for those more experienced.

They will last roughly 30-45 minutes with plenty of time at the end to ask as many questions as you like.
